These Terms & Conditions govern your use of ultracodeen.com and any services provided by Ultracodeen Pty Ltd (ABN 62 148 573 921) ("Ultracodeen", "we", "us" or "our"). By using the site or our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. About our service

Ultracodeen provides administrative assistance and eligibility information in relation to publicly available Australian government payments, tax offsets and grant programs. We do not provide personal financial product advice as defined in the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), and nothing on this website constitutes such advice.

2. Eligibility and accuracy

Information on ultracodeen.com reflects Australian federal, state and territory programs as at the last-updated date shown on each page. Programs can change without notice. Your actual eligibility will be determined by the relevant Australian government agency, not by Ultracodeen.

3. Your obligations

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when requesting an eligibility check or submitting an application through us. You must not use the site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable or overburden it.

4. Fees

Our eligibility check is free of charge. Where we provide hands-on support (for example, lodging a grant application on your behalf), fees will be agreed in writing before any work starts. All fees are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.

5. Intellectual property

All content on ultracodeen.com, including text, logos and graphics, is owned by or licensed to Ultracodeen Pty Ltd and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ultracodeen's liability for any loss arising out of the use of this site or our services is limited to resupplying the service or refunding the fee paid. Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
